Wonderful job in my bedroom carpets and living room rug. They all dried quickly overnight and looked great next day. The job was done on time and quickly.

Nice resurrection of 20+ yr old lobby carpet which had seen hard duty! Good communication. Nice people. Would use again.

They did an amazing job cleaning our couch. Charles the technician absolutely crushed it, both from a cleaning and customer service standpoint.

I went with Alameda Cleaners because from the get-go their customer service was beyond compare. I called several other companies and since they all had similar prices I went with the ones who took the time to explain things to me as a first time customer and had super friendly service. Everything was also scheduled and executed very timely. The guys who came to pick up and who delivered my rugs were kind and professional. One thing that really stood out was when delivering one of the guys who was more experienced took his shoes off right away upon coming in, without me having to ask. I had just been cleaning the floor and it started to rain as they were pulling up so it was very appreciated. Their pricing was more than reasonable and competitive especially for a large wool rug!
